History of TELOGS GmbH

The history of TELOGS GmbH traces the remarkable development of the company from its founding in 2000 by Jürgen Dönges and Stephan Neef to recent milestones.

2000 Founding of the company
Jürgen Dönges and Stephan Neef found TELOGS, based on their extensive know-how in storage and conveyor technology, to improve their intralogistics service.
2001 First major customer Rhenus SE & Co. KG
TELOGS takes over the complete maintenance service for Rhenus, which brings a first significant growth spurt.
2003 Move to larger company building in Gießen
As a result of growth, TELOGS is moving within Gießen and expanding its office and workshop premises.
2004 TELOGS as a training company
The company hires its first trainee and officially becomes a training company, which promotes the development of skilled workers.
2009 Expansion of TELOGS office and workshop space
TELOGS continues to grow and expand its premises and capacities to meet increasing demand.
2010 Independent department for control technology
The development of proprietary software for programmable logic controllers and the planning and commissioning of control cabinets is becoming a separate department.
2013 New construction and purchase of the office and workshop building in Wettenberg
With an area of around 1,000 square meters, a state-of-the-art center for intralogistics services is being built in central Germany.
2015 Introduction of new business software
Digitalization in service management is being promoted and reporting is being consistently digitized.
2017 Expansion of the range of services to include intralogistics systems
TELOGS is entering the field of new plants based on increasing demand for comprehensive solutions.
2018 Development of the “Distance” stacker software
This new software, based on the Siemens TIA portal, increases operational safety and improves spare parts availability and energy efficiency.
2019 Service partnership with LTW Intralogistics GmbH
TELOGS becomes a strategic service partner for LTW systems and takes over the complete maintenance of their intralogistics systems.
2020 Complex RETROFIT project for WOFI
TELOGS is modernizing the conveyor technology and stacker systems from luminaire manufacturer WOFI during ongoing operation.
Introduction of the TELOGS Campus
With over 60 employees, the TELOGS-Campus is founded as an independent training program for intralogistics.
2021 First digital TELOGS Logistic Maintenance (TLM)
During the corona pandemic, TLM is being carried out completely digitally for the first time in order to maintain close contact with partners and customers.
Industry 4.0 adjustment
TELOGS supports SMS group in modernizing its production warehouse in Hilchenbach and bringing it up to date with the latest digitization standards.
2022 Establishment of the Electrical and Control Engineering Service Department
Due to the increasing demand for TELOGS controllers, a special department is being established to further improve customer-oriented support.
