YOUR TASKS:

• Leadership and development of a team of about ten employees with professional
  and disciplinary responsibility
• Assumption of overall strategic and operational responsibility for plant engineering in
  a challenging and exciting context
• Development and optimization of stable as well as efficient structures and processes
  in the area of responsibility
• Visiting customers and advising the sales department
• Contact person for automated intralogistics solutions in the inventory warehouses of our customers
  as well as for new construction projects
• Implementation and development of quality management

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in engineering/master’s degree in the field of mechatronics or electrical engineering
• Sound knowledge of automation and drive technology
• At least eight years of extensive experience in the technical field
• Process understanding and knowledge of commercial basics
• first management experience is desirable
