We stand for optimal solutions for automated stacker cranes and conveyor technology. In doing so, we provide our customers with optimal services in all phases of the plant life cycle. From technical advice to extensive intralogistics projects to comprehensive service support, we have the right solution for every phase.
In order to continue to offer our customers first-class service, we are looking for a qualified service technician (m/f/d). Are you in?
These are your tasks:
- You are the TELOGS service specialist on site with our customers and carry out maintenance, inspections and tests there.
- You take care of customer support. Even if you are not on site right now, you are the point of contact and plan your assignments together with the central deployment planning department.
- You write and arrange documentation and inventories of your customers in order to be ready with solutions at any time.
This is what you need for this:
- You have completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician — industrial engineering (m/f/d), automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or comparable professional experience with qualified knowledge of maintenance, electrical engineering, control and drive technology.
- You are task-motivated and have a strong customer and service orientation.
- You are strong in communication — both internally and with our customers.
- You know what assumption of responsibility, reliability and quality awareness mean, and you live by these values.
- You are a car driver, have at least a class B driving license, are adventurous and ready for on-site appointments in Germany, Europe and worldwide.
- You are suitable for heights, i.e. you don't mind doing your job safely in a high-bay warehouse.
- You are prepared to take on call for unplanned customer assignments at fixed intervals and to travel on weekends from time to time.
- You are interested in an exciting and constantly evolving task environment in a familiar corporate atmosphere.
Your job benefits:
- We welcome you to familiarise yourself — to the team with the communication of our values and with the professional, organizational input that you need individually. A mentor will accompany you for the first 6 months.
- We regularly train you and promote both your professional and personal development, including taking on tasks of your individual strength with the necessary creative leeway.
- We are there when things are going well for you and you really want to burn off energy at work — but we are also there when things aren't going so well or when your working hours need to be adjusted due to a specific phase of life, such as family, children, parents.
- We give you very practical benefits, such as your work clothes with weekly laundry service, an optimally equipped service car, the organization of your travel activities and suitable accommodation.
- By the way, we will give you appreciation in personal contact from team partners, supervisors to management, attractive salary components such as a fixed monthly service allowance, a working time account in which nothing is lost, and the exemption from “normal” work when you take on call.
