YOUR TASKS:

• Implementation of training courses in theory and practice
• Mediation of standards and legal bases
• Instruction and training of the test contents of the tests customary in the industry
• Induction of new employees in the initial phase of approx. three to six months
• Transfer of skills and knowledge from the work processes
• Training and coaching of employees “on the job”:
  • Briefing on the customer orders
  • Pre- and postprocessing
  • Carrying out maintenance and repairs, including completion of documentation at the customer’s premises
  • Teaching of rules of conduct at the workplace, including, for example, leaving the workplace or area of activity clean and tidy at the customer’s premises, as well as proper handover

• Performance of a proactive contribution to the increase of the service quality
• Assist manager in developing evaluation and appraisal standards and evaluating service technicians.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic, electronics technician or professional experience in a similar field
• Several years of experience in the field of warehouse and materials handling technology, especially in the performance of maintenance, testing and repairs
• Pleasure in imparting knowledge
• confident appearance, ability to work under pressure and very good communication skills
• high social competence.
