Then these are your tasks:

• You evaluate maintenance, repair and inspection logs (service reports) from assignments by the Mobile Service Team as well as direct inquiries and derive customer requirements from them.
• You actively approach our existing customers about the evaluations and propose service measures with calculated offers.
• In addition, you will develop concepts and solutions for efficiency enhancement and improvement measures on the basis of plant inspections and feasibility studies.
• You prepare the service and service project assignments comprehensively with time and content coordination and are the interface between customers, service technicians, purchasing, deployment planning and the workshop.
• You will coordinate and manage our service projects and repair assignments from the Wettenberg site as well as on site at the customer’s premises.

This is what you need:

• You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship and a further qualification, preferably as an industrial foreman in metal.
• You already have professional experience – the ideal would be a connection to maintenance in industry.
• You have the ability to systematically analyze technical tasks and design economically, technically and organizationally sensible solutions.
• You have a strong customer focus and manage to communicate clearly and comprehensibly both internally and externally, convey technical information and take the concerns of all parties seriously.
• You have a high level of quality awareness and strive for the highest quality of service.
