In many contentious issues of everyday life, the desire for more legal certainty is quickly expressed. On the other hand, there are clear regulations for the safe operation of intralogistics systems. Instead, the challenge for operators is to keep up with the ever-changing regulatory world. If the respective regulations are not implemented, employees may be at risk in the workplace and sometimes face drastic penalties. Many operators of intralogistics systems are not aware of this and there is a lack of methodical implementation of safety regulations in the company.
TELOGS offers deviation analyses for warehouse and conveyor technology.
As a solution, TELOGS now offers a deviation analysis for automated warehouse and conveyor technology in inventory. The target/actual comparison checks the status of the legally required safety technology. Equipment is evaluated on-site by certified professionals and knowledgeable specialists from TELOGS to determine the status of current technology. The analysis is based on the relevant standards, such as the current DIN EN 528 or DIN EN 619, as well as the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health and the Machinery Directives.
The results of the deviation analysis are documented on the basis of a risk assessment in accordance with the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health and handed over to the plant operator. In the final meeting, the documented deviations between the existing plant and the applicable standards are presented and explained. TELOGS presents proposed solutions taking into account the state of the art.
Documentation from TELOGS is structured so transparently that the corresponding urgencies as well as proposed solutions are listed for each individual point. The commissioning operators should thus be put in a position to be able to work through all proposed solutions independently. On request, TELOGS can provide support as a service and maintenance specialist for the tasks.
