(Dornbirn, AT/Wettenberg, D) TELOGS, the expert for service and RetroFit for intralogistics systems, and the Austrian specialist for interface-free automation of the entire warehouse and production logistics, Servus Intralogistics, are deepening their partnership. In this way, joint synergies are to be used even better in the future.
As part of the intensified partnership, a new development from Servus, the Servus Cube, will become part of TELOGS’ vendor-neutral product portfolio. Servus provides the logistics unit, while TELOGS takes care of assembly, commissioning and maintenance.
“Automation is playing an increasingly important role in intralogistics. The resulting cost savings increase a company’s profitability and thus its competitiveness enormously. In TELOGS, we have found a partner with whom we can jointly offer solutions for the intralogistics of tomorrow. When the requirements for our systems change, we go with the change – because that’s what the smart factory of the future is all about.”,
explains Christian Beer, owner and managing director of Servus Intralogistics GmbH.
And TELOGS Managing Director Jürgen Dönges adds:
“Servus, with its innovative and structured products, offers an ideal complement to our services, enabling us to offer our customers forward-looking intralogistics solutions. Our common goal is to provide our customers with improvements and benefits in intralogistics processes and thus contribute to their success.”
Maximum flexibility in a minimum area
The Servus Cube creates the interplay of man, machine and digitalization – with the aim of merging logistics and production while maintaining value-adding processes, in short, future-proofing. The plug-and-play solution offers an easy entry into automated goods storage and can be effortlessly integrated into existing intralogistics as a small parts or buffer storage system.
User-friendly pre-zones allow easy storage and retrieval and provide an overview of the complete system at all times. Efficient warehouse and production logistics save space, storage area and time or minimize running costs. The Servus Cube can be adapted to individual customer requirements and thus offers maximum flexibility for trade, commerce, construction and industry.
Smart software at the core
With the customized CubeOn software, plant status, inventory information, transport orders and other important key figures are visualized by the Servus Cube on the user interface, and plant monitoring and process control are displayed. The modern interfaces are accessible on desktop, tablet and smartphone. At the same time, a large amount of machine data is collected and analyzed. If the software detects deviations, the user is informed at an early stage in order to prevent possible malfunctions. This ensures long-term availability and minimizes ongoing maintenance and operating costs.
Utilization of joint synergies
Also included in the partnership is Servus’ sister company Robotunits. The company develops, produces and supplies fast, flexible conveyor technology, linear axis and safety fence systems as well as profile technology for handling and assembly technology – and all this with just one standardized and universal automation module.
This cooperation shows: The exchange of know-how and the use of joint synergies beyond national borders provide the basis for partnerships with a guaranteed future.
