YOUR TASKS:

• Function as technical supervisor of our Service Electrical and Control Engineering team
• Ensuring and managing the smooth processing of customer orders
• Motivation, structure and development of the team
• Team leader
• Analyzing technical faults on the storage and retrieval machines and conveyor systems
• Independent rectification of faults in the area of control and drive technology via remote service
• Carrying out repairs, inspections and maintenance work on storage and retrieval machines and conveyor technology
• Processing and project planning of customer inquiries at the interface to sales

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed Master’s degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Industry experience in the field of intralogistics and initial management experience are desirable
• Knowledge of Siemens S7 controllers and the TIA Portal
• Experience with industrial bus systems such as Profibus and Profinet
• Know-how in drive technology, especially SEW frequency inverters, is an advantage
• Responsible demeanor: appropriate, assertive, able to deal with conflict
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a structured way of working, flexibility and resilience characterize you
